- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Regarding: Citizens General, Having been a General Contractor for 30 years, and always looking to save a few dollars on operating costs, I looked on line about four years ago to find a "better deal". I called quite a few places to see who had knowledge, experience and less hoops to jump through. I was immediately impressed with the ease of doing business, the cost of insurance and felt a trust of business ethics with them.
